About Us

Lucrotec is an early stage fintech company, headquartered in Rockaway, NJ. We have designed, built and implemented, with a proprietary mixture of robotic process automation (RPA) and machine learning, a B2B payment platform for enterprise CFO’s. This allows them to digitize all their payments, pay suppliers more securely, requires no CapEx or OpEx costs and requires NO software implementations! All of this while growing new profits!!

Your Role

The right candidate will focus on managing and growing your client portfolio by identifying new sales opportunities for Lucrotec, driving new revenue and client success.

Lead generation will be a key aspect of your role, and Lucrotec will support you by facilitating product demonstrations, providing subject matter executives when necessary, and providing exceptional customer on-boarding and client success.

Your sales expertise will be instrumental in closing deals and maximizing profits.

Our comprehensive Client Portfolio Playbook and innovative Sales Enablement tools will provide you with the guidance and resources you need to succeed.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, including coordinating product demos and presentations.

  • Collaborate with other Sales Referral Agents to ensure no duplication of efforts, company standards are being upheld and quotas are being met.

Skills/Qualifications for Success

  • Be a tenured Sales Executive with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Have a solid reputation of integrity with your customers, both internal and external
  • Ability to Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Must possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to coordinate demos and handle objections.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Compensation

This is an Executive Sales Referral Agent position, so the compensation (1099) is totally commission based!  Your success determines your earnings!  If you are confident in your abilities, you will do very well here!
