Giving Back
Lucrotec has a variety of community-focused projects including “Woodlands of NJ” and RedCross ERM Teams, and our employees support several other local organizations. Lucrotec believes in giving back and allocate up to 5 paid hours each month for each employee to volunteer.
Going Green
Our planet’s resources are limited, so Lucrotec has initiated several environmentally friendly projects, including 70Over20. This project strives to get 70% of all Lucrotec's organic waste materials into recycling over the next 20 months. Go Green!
Work-Life Balance
Our people are the most important part of Lucrotec and our most competitive differentiator. Our Build2Grow program encourages employees to use their time to go back to school, expand their personal or professional interests, and more. Lucrotec provides partial funding for many of these work-life balance activities.
